I’m connected to Samsung Health, but my data are not being transferred to YAZIO.

You’ve connected YAZIO to Samsung Health, but data aren’t being synced?

  1. Please double check that the connection is still enabled. This can be recognized by the "Disconnect" button in the Samsung Health card under "Automatic Tracking".
  2. Please ensure you've given the required permissions. You can do so in the permission settings in the Samsung Health card under "Apps & devices".
  3. If necessary, restart your phone as well as disable and enable the connection with Samsung Health.
